The healthRESET™ does not involve any kind of calorie counting, yet it is a weight-balancing program. This means that any excess weight you may have will start to shed. Meet our Functional Medicine and Detox Experts
Romilly Hodges MSc is the staff nutritionist at the office of Dr. Kara Fitzgerald ND. She advises patients of the clinic on how to live and eat in a way that supports optimal health and everyday detoxification. Romilly has been published in the Journal of Nutrition and Metabolism for her research on foods and nutrients that modulate detoxification pathways in the body, (now used in materials for the IFM Detox Advanced Practice Module) and she has served as Teaching Assistant for the Certified Food & Spirit Practitioner Advanced Detox Modules.
Dr. Kara Fitzgerald has trained, written, and lectured extensively on the impact of toxins and health, most recently in Orlando, Florida at the 18th annual AMMG.
