Cathy Snyder, MS CNS, is a Certified Nutrition Specialist with an MS degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, along with board certification from the American Nutrition Association. After experiencing her own digestive challenges, Cathy was drawn to functional nutrition to address underlying causes rather than merely managing symptoms. She specializes in gut and metabolic health, focusing on conditions like IBS, SIBO, Osteopenia, and Osteoporosis, with a mission to help others achieve the freedom to live a long, healthy life.
With a client-centered approach, Cathy believes in bio-individuality, customizing each plan to her clients’ unique needs and life circumstances. Outside her professional role, Cathy enjoys traveling, gardening, and exploring the outdoors. She is committed to continuing her education to bring the latest in functional nutrition science to her work.
