Chelsia Andreassen
Platform Marketing Director | Clinical Nutrition Resident
Chelsia Andreassen, Platform Marketing Director, brings over 15 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, and communications to Dr. Kara Fitzgerald’s team. Her professional career spans the tech, media, and healthcare industries, but it was her personal experience with environmental toxins that sparked a passion for functional medicine and root-cause healing.
Chelsia is currently completing her MS in Nutrition and Functional Medicine and pursuing Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credentialing through a clinical residency under Dr. Fitzgerald’s supervision. She believes deeply in the power of bioindividuality and works to ensure education and programs reflect the latest science while honoring each person’s unique journey to wellness.
In her role, Chelsia leads strategic marketing initiatives across Dr. Fitzgerald’s educational platforms. From developing digital campaigns and managing partner relationships to overseeing content strategy, she’s dedicated to expanding access to cutting-edge research and helping both clinicians and consumers implement it in meaningful ways. She is especially passionate about food policy reform and believes education is key to empowering individuals to take control of their health.
Outside of work, Chelsia is an avid researcher and podcast/webinar enthusiast who stays on the pulse of the latest longevity, nutrition, and environmental health breakthroughs. She loves exploring the PNW by boat with her husband and two cats and is always planning her next international adventure to get her passport stamped.
