Dr. Darisa Espinal is a licensed Naturopathic physician in the State of CT. She earned her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the University of Bridgeport and completed her Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. She is also trained in Functional Medicine by the Institute of Functional Medicine, the gold standard. Dr. Espinal is currently studying to be a licensed acupuncturist.
Dr. Espinal specializes in women’s and men’s health, urology, cardiometabolic and endocrine diseases, diabetes, autoimmune conditions, inflammatory/pain management, and thyroid health. Dr. Espinal has an outstanding track record in women’s health, with specialized expertise in fertility, PCOS and menopause.
Dr. Espinal is also fluent in Spanish and welcomes the Latino community.
