Josette Herdell, MS CNS LDN

Josette Herdell received a Master of Science in Functional Medicine and Human Nutrition from the University of Western States and trained under Dr. Kara Fitzgerald ND. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism at San Diego State University and worked as a radio and television journalist and producer for NPR and PBS. As a board-certified Nutrition Specialist, Licensed Dietetic Nutritionist, and Health & Wellness Coach, she is dedicated to working with individuals in order to address chronic disease, as well as share her family’s story of healing three generations of chronic migraines. Josette brings a compassionate understanding of chronic pain to guide her functional nutrition approach while working with patients.
