Rhonda K. Timmons is our invaluable Office Manager at our Sandy Hook Clinic. She is passionate about our company and benefitting the community as a whole. Rhonda is a Dependable team player with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Visitors find the clinic setting to be beautiful, centering and relaxing. Indeed, perched up above the river nestled in the Rocky Glen State Park, it feels a bit like being in a tree house.

Rhonda’s duties include providing patient support and scheduling arrangements within our Sandy Hook Office, taking medical histories, calling pharmacies with patient prescriptions, ordering supplements and test kits, sending letters of referral to appropriate physicians, gathering patient histories from primary care physicians, obtaining patient test results.

 

List of Roles

Clinical: provide patient support including scheduling appointments,emergency visits,making sure all HIPPA related forms are completed, taking medical histories, calling pharmacies with patient prescriptions, ordering supplements and test kits, sending letters of referral to appropriate physicians, gathering patient histories from primary care physicians, obtaining patient test results.

Administrative: responsible for establishing and maintaining computerized patient records,updating patient demographics, devising office policies and procedures in conjunction with physician, scheduling teleconference and WebEx meetings, providing financial and administrative data to accountants, participating in updating of practice website.

General Office Duties: ordering supplies,electronic filing,converting documents into PDF format, making travel arrangements.
