Having a healthy microbiome is another key aspect of epigenetic healthy. Our gut microbes, when we have the right ones, are capable of producing the equivalent of a multivitamin, including usable amounts of the micronutrients thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), folate, biotin, pantothenic acid (B5), and vitamin K. In addition, postbiotic compounds produced by key species interact with our endogenous systems including hormonal, immune, and epigenetic. In our research studies, we included supplemental microbiome support.
