Exciting news, colleagues! I’m thrilled to share that our new paper, a follow-up to our original Methylation Diet and Lifestyle study, is officially published today! 🎉🧬

This secondary analysis dives deeper into why some participants experienced greater epigenetic age reversal than others, and the findings are incredibly exciting:

🥦 Greater intake of methylation adaptogen-rich foods (think turmeric, garlic, rosemary, berries, and green tea) was strongly associated with biological age reversal.
📉 Some participants reversed their biological age by up to 8.8 years(!!!) in just 8 weeks.
💡 And notably, these results weren’t solely tied to weight loss, suggesting that what you eat may be just as important as how much you eat.
