Instructions
  1. Place beet, tahini, preferred oil, water, shallots, citrus juice of choice, ACV, and salt in the food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and adjust salt to your taste preference.
  3. Best if used immediately but can be stored in the refrigerator up to 3 days. Enjoy!
