Ingredients

cup
organic raw cashews
soaked
1/2
avocado
3
leaves
fresh basil
1/8
tsp
Dried oregano
1
pinch
salt
2
cloves
garlic
crushed
1/2
lemon
juiced
1/2
lime
juiced
Instructions
At least 8-12 hours before preparing spread, soak cashews in 1 1⁄2 cups of water.
When cashews are soft, strain and allow to dry on paper towel for 15-30 minutes.
Place soaked cashews in food prep blender. Peel avocado and place in blender with cashews.
Add basil, oregano, sea salt, garlic, lemon and lime juice. Blend until all ingredients are well combined and cashews are a smooth consistency.
Enjoy with vegetables, Mary’s Gone Crackers, burgers, etc.
