A No-Bake, Nutrient-Packed Snack for Energy and Longevity
These energy bites are a seed extravaganza! Infused with anti-inflammatory turmeric and fragrant lemon zest, they offer a punchy flavor while delivering healthy fats, fiber, and a whole host of longevity-boosting epinutrients (see below). Naturally sweetened and rich in antioxidants, they make a refreshing, feel-good snack for any time of day.

Longevity superfoods: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, flax seeds, turmeric, coconut oil, lemon.
Epinutrients: alpha linoleic acid (ALA), betaine, catechins, cysteine, curcumin, folate, hesperidin, kaempferol, luteolin, magnesium, methionine, myricetin, naringenin, vitamins B3 and B6, potassium, quercetin, zinc.
They are also super handy to have when on the go and last a full two weeks in the fridge (they freeze well too). So go ahead and make a double batch – you’ll always have something methylation-friendly on hand for those times when you need something on the fly.

- 1 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut plus extra for coating
- 1/4 cup unsweetened sunflower seed butter
- 4 Medjool dates pits removed
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
- 2 tablespoons Water
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
- 1 pinch fine grain sea salt

- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a medium-coarse mixture (dough consistency) is formed. Stop and scrape the sides down intermittently for a uniform blend.
- Make 12 balls out of the mixture and roll them in the extra shredded coconut.
- Enjoy right away or store in the fridge (storage instructions below).
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
