Hearty Autumn Vegetable Soup with Epinutrients
This is a tea to knock your socks off and give you get-up-and-go! The kick from the Cayenne pepper is amazing, and folks we know have used this drink to reduce or abandon their coffee habit.
These ingredients are great for dampening inflammation, they have anti-microbial, anti-oxidant, anti-cancer, and detoxifying properties. They also protect our valuable brain cells.

- 1 Inch Ginger Peeled and sliced thin
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- cayenne pepper To taste
- 1 Tsp Honey

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a mug and pour in boiling water.
- Let steep 5-10 minutes. Stir, then let the ginger settle to the bottom and enjoy.
