Jeannette Werle is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Certified Health Coach in Dayton, Ohio. She believes that God gave us the ability to create food that has power to heal when it’s prepared with love. She has extensive culinary experience and training from many prestigious schools within and outside the United States. Jeannette’s areas of interest are recipe development of gluten free, dairy free, egg free or vegan. As a Certified Integrative Nutritional Health Coach, she has the training to guide clients in healthy lifestyles, knowledge of over 100 dietary theories and other interventions along with recipe development for self-efficacy.
In addition, she was a registered/licensed dental hygienist with 27 years’ clinical experience to complement her health and wellness coaching. Jeannette’s approach is client-driven to help them transform their body. Instead of getting a one-size-fits-all meal plan based on a generic approach or a fad diet, she creates customized plans for her clients based on their individual lifestyle behaviors and health conditions.
