This set of online questionnaires from Harvard University is something our team has been exploring. Even as we think we’re not holding biases, each of us has made some interesting discoveries about thought patterns we didn’t even know we were ingrained in our psyche. In order to start to shift systemic biases, especially those we don’t even realize we’re holding, we recognize we have to first identify what they are.
