Ground (Reduce it to a pinch if you prefer less spicy
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a pan and bring to a simmer
Turn off the heat and let sit for 5 minutes for the spices to mellow and combine.
Enjoy while still warm. So simple and nourishing!
This recipe easily doubles or triples to feed more people.
