Brussels Sprout Salad with Turnip Fries
I never enjoyed Brussels sprouts as a child the way my mother typically boiled them. As an adult, I’ve learned to enjoy them roasted and raw, just like in this salad, because of their many health benefits. I love this recipe because of these fantastic benefits and because it is easy to make and tastes great! – Neda Mowzoun, MS and Integrative Health Coach
