This healthy homemade gluten-free nut crunch snack is a family favorite. Replace your boxed processed store-bought snacks with something homemade and healthy. This recipe is free of gluten and dairy.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Combine nuts and seeds on cookie sheet.
  3. Add oil, maple syrup, and spice(s).
  4. Mix the ingredients.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. Let is cool before putting in storage container.
