Best of 2023 in Functional Medicine and Longevity

2023

As 2023 draws to a close, here’s the content you liked most this year, and as usual it aligns with what we loved as well.

Going beyond longevity and epigenetics, this year we covered a wide range of cutting-edge topics – from SPMs, urolithin A and OS-01 peptides, to nuanced thinking and recontextualizing established themes such as optimizing exercise for women’s health and hormones, and building stress resilience through the microbiome.

This year also marked the publishing of our second bio age-reversing case series study in the prestigious peer-reviewed journal Aging. I’m thrilled with this extension of our Younger You research – especially that our participants were all women (compared with men in our first study), and that the average bio age reduction was 4.60 years after just 8 weeks!

I hope you enjoy reviewing this content with us, including our popular epigenetically-targeted recipes, and catching up with any you may have missed along the way. I look forward to what 2024 will bring for all of us.
