Raspberry-Chia Jam

Raspberry-Chia Jam

This raspberry-chia jam is a good recipe to get in those amazing berry phytonutrients and omega-3 fatty acids from the chia seed. The combination can help reduce inflammation, improve detoxification and even balance hormones. This recipe uses only a fraction of the sugar found in store-bought jams and spreads. And it makes a great topping for oatmeal or yogurt!
