For Test Kits:

You can return most unopened supplements within 30 days of your order. Heat-sensitive items, such as probiotics, may not be returned. If you are unsure about a product’s eligibility for return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org before sending it back to us.
Please ship any returns to: Dr. Kara Fitzgerald (Returns), 27 Glen Road, 4th Floor, Newtown CT 06482. Include your name and order number.
You will receive a refund, less any non-refundable credit card/payment processing fees, to the credit card you used at checkout once the return has been deemed eligible, and visually inspected that all seals are in place and the product has not been damaged.
For Test Kits:
Unused test kits may be returned for a refund, less the kit costs, the original cost of shipping, and any non-refundable credit card/payment processing fees. Return shipping charges will also apply. Returned kits must be unopened and unused. Please contact email@example.com to receive return instructions.
For Virtual/Digital items:
There is no refund for virtual or digital products where the product is immediately received. For virtual or digital products that are purchased before a start date in the future (such as a group program), we can offer a refund on the purchase less any nonrefundable credit card/payment processing fees and less a $30 admin fee, if the cancellation is more than 14 days before the start date. Cancellations between 1-14 days before the start date will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations after the start date are not eligible for refunds.
We do our best to ensure we are representing stock status correctly. However, since we use a 3rd party drop-ship supplier for supplements and test kits, we may inadvertently offer a product for sale that is out of stock with the 3rd party supplier. If this is the case, we will notify you of the out-of-stock item and offer a replacement or refund.
