Regardless of whether you’re following the Younger You Intensive or Younger You Every day, these are the epinutrients that I think are essential for keeping your epigenome humming along that most of us don’t get enough of. Despite all of the attention in the media, I still see patients who are woefully low in vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids, in particular, almost as a rule in the patients at our clinic (even in the summer when our bodies can make more vitamin D from the sunlight).
