Josette Herdell, MS CN CNS LDN holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. She completed her nutrition residency at the Sandy Hook Clinic and now assists the clinic team with consumer content and nutritional consulting. Josette is the director of the Herdell Migraine Institute LLC and Functional Wellness for Migraines. She is dedicated to working with children, families, and individuals in order to address root causes of symptoms and optimize wellness, as well as sharing her family’s story of healing three generations of chronic migraines.
