Ingredients
- 3 Cups Mixed nuts and/or seeds I used macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
- 1 Cup Unsweetened coconut Shredded
- 6 Medjool dates
- 1 Lemon Zested
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- 1/4 Tsp salt

Instructions
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until a sticky dough is formed. It doesn’t have to be completely smooth, but it does have to stick together!
- Remove the processing blade and form into 1-inch balls.
- Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. Can also be frozen!
