Notes from DrKF:

While Younger You works as a stand-alone program, I believe that layering it into other anti-aging protocols could increase the benefit. Thus, I certainly don’t shut the door when new science is published on the anti-aging benefits of other supplements.

There are a number of supplements that either directly benefit DNA methylation and the epigenome, or that have other beneficial anti-aging effects. These are worthy of consideration as adjunctive support to the Younger You program. How do you decide if you want to take these? I would recommend that you first do the full Younger You Intensive program as it’s prescribed, and I’d strongly recommend you obtain an epigenetic bio age clock test at baseline, and when you’re finished. After that, if you want to keep going down the anti-aging road then consider trying a couple of these. Ideally, you’ll take them for at least a couple of months, tracking how you feel using a symptom tracker and again with a before/after bio age clock test. I personally try to get my bio age assessed every six to twelve months.

You can read more about the supplements below on these pages: Alpha ketoglutarate (AKG) | Fisetin | Hydroxymethylbutyrate (HMB) | Luteolin | Nicotinamide riboside/NAD+ | Quercetin | Tartary buckwheat |

Big Bold Health HTB Rejuvenate

HTB Rejuvenate contains several bioactive longevity and immune-supportive nutrients including Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat, vitamin C, quercetin, and luteolin. Tartary buckwheat also contains HMB, an anti-aging compound good for building muscle and supporting brain function.*

Life Extension Bio-Fisetin

Fisetin has extensive health benefits and is a methylation adaptogen.* But much of the fisetin you ingest turns into inactive metabolites through the digestive process. Life Extension created a formula that helps preserve fisetin, so you get the maximum benefit.*

Restorative Formulations Senolytic Px

This unique combination of phytonutrients features the bioactive flavonoid fisetin, fenugreek seed, and quercetin blended with black pepper to enhance bio-availability in the gastrointestinal system.

Tomorrow’s Nutrition SunBalance

We like SunBalance for its combination of luteolin and quercetin, as well as palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), which research suggests may be neuroprotective and immune balancing.*
